Our subsidiary KEMAS turns 30!

Founded in March 1991, just after the fall of the Berlin Wall, with a lot of courage, pioneering spirit and vision by Hans Jürgen Grämer, KEMAS can now look back on a true success story. The basis for this has always been innovative products and people with an enormous wealth of experience and a great passion for detecting trends, recognizing opportunities and developing future-oriented solutions in response.

The motto Innovation.Courage.Future perfectly sums up what KEMAS stands for – both now and in the future.

KEMAS, based in Oberlungwitz on the Sachsenring (D), is a leader in the field of customer- and employee-operated handover automation based on RFID technology. The core competence of KEMAS are process-oriented self-service solutions related to the handover of company assets such as keys, mail, work equipment, tools, textiles and weapons. The transfer solutions enable the collection, management, custody, disposition and transfer of objects with simultaneous access control. The KEMAS product portfolio corresponds perfectly with the range of solutions offered by KEBA Logistics Automation and a number of synergies can be found. This was also the reason why the two companies merged in 2016.
