With a new apprenticeship in application development - coding to combat the shortage of skilled workers
Currently, 58 apprentices are being trained in six apprenticeship professions at KEBA Group AG in Austria. Overall, the number of apprentices at the Linz-based automation specialist has doubled compared to three years ago with the new starters in September 2023.

Win Big with KEBA's Eco-Friendly Lottery Terminal
The first climate-neutral lottery terminal comes from the Austrian manufacturer KEBA. The new KeWin Micro was introduced last year and is now also available in a climate-neutral version on request. Together with the experts for climateneutral production, the current CO2 footprint was calculated and measures for reduction were implemented.
KEBA grows by 3% in a dynamic environment to a new high of 553.5 million euros
The KEBA Group, headquartered in Linz, increased its sales from 537.7 million € to 553.5 million € in the past business year (April 2022 - March 2023). This corresponds to a sales growth of approximately 16 million € or 3% . Looking at the last five years, the average annual growth is around 17% (CAGR).
Ring of Honor of the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria for Karl Kletzmaier
Karl Kletzmaier, co-founder and chairman of the supervisory board of KEBA, was awarded the Ring of Honor of the Upper Austrian University of Applied Sciences for his many years of service as chairman of the Research & Development Advisory Board of the Upper Austrian University of Applied Sciences.
Christoph Knogler becomes member of the board of KEBA Group AG
KEBA Group AG is setting the personnel course for the future and has appointed Christoph Knogler as a new member of the Executive Board. He will take up his new position on August 1st, 2023 as announced by the Supervisory Board today.
Milestone: 500,000 wallboxes sold
At the beginning of 2021 we sold the 250,000th wallbox. Just 20 months later, this number has doubled to half a million. The reason behind this: the specialisation in intelligent charging technology and consistently climate-neutral production at the site in Linz.
Forward-looking strategy secures 30% increase in turnover for KEBA
The KEBA Group, headquartered in Linz, increased its sales from € 415.4 million to € 537.7 million in the past business year
(April 2021 - March 2022). With a jump in turnover of around 122 million € and a turnover growth of almost 30 % , the KEBA Group repeatedly achieved the highest turnover in its history. Looking at the last five years, the average annual growth is 22.7 % (CAGR).
The first KEBA parcel locker with home advantage.
In 2001, KEBA installed the very first parcel locker. At that time, the journey was to neighboring Germany. In the meantime, thousands of KEBA parcel lockers have left the birthplace/production site in Linz and have also traveled far beyond the national border and Europe. Now, more than 20 years later, KEBA is pleased to announce the realization of a long-planned heartfelt project: a KePol parcel locker from KEBA in the KEBA area. Together with the Austrian Post, an outdoor location was chosen that is publicly accessible for all people at the KEBA Group AG site, in Linz / Upper Austria.
KEBA acquires German software company
drag and bot GmbH
In December 2021, KEBA acquired the Stuttgart / Germany-based software company drag and bot. The start-up develops an innovative operating system for robots. As a 100% subsidiary, drag and bot GmbH is part of KEBA Industrial Automation GmbH, one of the three business areas of KEBA Group AG. With this new acquisition, KEBA strengthens its position in industrial automation and strategically expands its product portfolio with flexible automation software.
KEBA honoured with "Austria's Best Managed Companies" Award
The international Best Managed Companies programme, which is already established in more than 30 countries and awards outstandingly managed companies, was carried out in Austria for the first time this year. KEBA is one of the first Austrian award winners.
IAA Mobility. New Name, New City, New Concept.
In 2021, the International Automobile Exhibition IAA became IAA Mobility. The name says it all: Rather than putting only the car at center stage, the focus was now on mobility today and tomorrow. In addition to cars, especially bicycles and even small airplanes were presented at the Munich Trade Fair Center.
KEBA achieves significant growth over past fiscal year
With a turnover of 415.4 M€, which corresponds to an increase of around 11%, the KEBA Group once again achieved the highest revenues in its history. Considered over a period of 10 years, the company thus quadrupled its sales. In a dynamic year characterized by Corona, KEBA benefited from its different pillars, which operate in different industries and markets and are therefore subject to different cycles and triggers. With a new structure, KEBA strengthens its growth course.
KEBA awarded Pegasus in bronze
The list of nominated companies was long and all of them are top companies in Upper Austrian industry. Therefore, we are particularly pleased that we were awarded the Pegasus in bronze in the category "Lighthouses" this year at the most important business award in Upper Austria.
Commerzbank invests in 800 ATMs from Austrian company KEBA
Commerzbank is investing in its modern branch equipment and will gradually install 800 new ATMs in its nationwide branches until 2024. Again, the devices exclusively come from Austrian automation expert KEBA AG and combine deposit as well as withdrawal of banknotes and coins.

With over 250,000 wallboxes sold, KEBA is establishing itself as one of the largest manufacturers of charging solutions for hybrid and electric vehicles. In its Energy Automation division, the Austrian automation expert KEBA AG specialises in charging stations for electric mobility and heating controls for heat pumps and biomass heating systems.

The KEBA AG Supervisory Board has appointed Andreas Schoberleitner (43) to the Management Board as of April 1, 2021. Austrian Lotteries are investing 10 million euros and have been relying on Austrian quality with KEBA for over 20 years. By mid 2020, 3,000 of the total of around 5,000 retail outlets are to be equipped with the latest generation of KEBA terminals.
10 years of electromobility – a vision has become reality

The series of awards for KEBA's automatic angle measurement device just won’t stop. After the device had already received an innovation award and been crowned with the "Red Dot" and the iF design award, two of the most coveted design awards for functional product design, it has now also been awarded the German Design Award, another premium international award.
KEBA children draw Christmas cards
Adorable drawings by KEBA children adorn our Christmas cards this year. This was preceded by a KEBA-wide drawing competition. The jury selected six drawings as title themes from among the many submissions. As a thank you to the young artists of the award-winning Christmas drawings, they each received an individual gift, which was presented at a nice celebration with their families.

100,000 charging stations sold
The Austrian automation company KEBA has been active in the electric mobility market since 2009. The company is now celebrating the biggest milestone in its electric mobility history - 100,000 charging stations sold! The golden “anniversary wall box” went to Swedish e-mobility provider Clever Sweden AB and was just recently installed in Sweden.

Having already been awarded with the iF DESIGN AWARD, KEBA was able to impress yet another jury of experts with its new angle measurement device KeMes, and is awarded the coveted "Red Dot" for product design. KEBA AG celebrated its fiftieth birthday over the course of three days. After a big opening ceremony on Thursday evening, the focus was on young people on Friday. KEBA invited 260 pupils and students from Upper Austria to discover the world of automation.
KEBA marks its 50th birthday with the best sales figures so far
With a leap in revenues of EUR 60.6 million, which represents growth of 31.5 per cent, the KEBA Group achieved the best sales figures in its fifty-year history. Moreover, when viewed over a period of the past five years, average group growth has amounted to 11 per cent annually (CAGR).

The bank automation expert KEBA, based in Linz/Austria, has scored a major success within the Raiffeisen group Austria: KEBA is to become the exclusive supplier of non-cash terminals (account service terminals) and cash recycling systems.
Penetration in North China
