Time off
There are three different tipes of time-outs available.
KeLounge
The KeLounge is an extra leisure area created for our employees located at the headquarters in Linz. Billiards, darts, foosball table as well as a kitchen are available for meetings and events.
Coffee
Coffee is available free of charge for our employees.
Transport subsidy
We are centrally located and very easy to reach by public transport. For their use to and from work, there is a subsidy on the ticket price in the amount of 50%.
Cafeteria
Our restaurant offers three freshly prepared menus daily at reasonable prices. One of them is vegetarian. For the little hunger in between, there is fruit, cake and lots of other treats.
Onboarding / Buddies
Our buddy program was developed to ensure a good "arrival" and familiarization with all internal processes. Of course, a comprehensive onboarding program tailored to the job also ensures that you feel at home right away.
Health & Fitness
There are numerous opportunities for sports activities at KEBA: running, cycling, sailing, ice hockey, badminton, soccer and much more. The company doctor is available for personal consultation with employees. In addition, health campaigns (vaccinations, eye tests, etc.) are offered.
Leisure option
An additional week of holiday - for the whole of KEBA's life. In return, employees only have to give up a one-time 2% collective agreement increase.
Business Bike
Our employees receive their dream bike conveniently via salary deduction and thus save up to 35% compared to the normal purchase (including insurance & repairs).
