A success story on a level playing field
The leading German system provider of wallboxes, accessories and holistic 360° charging solutions and KEBA as a manufacturer of innovative charging products and software have been working together for a decade, during which a lot has happened in the market. What began as a dealer partnership has become a success story.
„As befits a successful partnership, we benefit from each other's expertise and experience.“
lively exchange on the industry and market
More than a simple supplier relationship
As a manufacturer of wallboxes, KEBA had already made a name for itself back then thanks to high quality made in Austria, ease of use for installers and users, open software interfaces and comprehensive services. Values that The Mobility House also sees as an essential prerequisite for the acceptance and future-proofing of e-mobility.
From the very first meeting, it quickly became clear that it was a good fit. The collaboration now goes far beyond a simple supplier relationship. Mutual input and a lively exchange on the industry and market help both sides to constantly improve their own product portfolio and obtain valuable information on the market situation, customer needs and technologies.
"Because we look after both private customers and corporate projects, we are familiar with the requirements for intelligent charging solutions. These are often very similar, but can also be very specific depending on the location, e.g. for large company buildings. For the latter, our ChargePilot charging and energy management system is used, which is also compatible with some of KEBA's innovative products. Together, we can thus meet the different needs of our customers. In addition, the wallboxes are made in Austria and CO2-optimized, which corresponds to our goal of zero emissions in e-mobility. The PV-compatible wallboxes and products that enable clean billing for company vehicles, for example, naturally also offer great added value for our customers in terms of costs," explains Marcus Fendt, Managing Director and CSO of The Mobility House.
A positive future together
At the end of 2023, the partner companies not only reviewed the last decade, but also took a look at the short, medium and long-term future. "We are well positioned and have a number of product innovations ready to make electromobility even more attractive. And we are looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead," says Werner Gruber, Sales Manager KEBA eMobility.
