Fueled by discussions about pollution in urban areas, electromobility is also gaining momentum for e-buses and e-trucks. Electrification requires intelligent charging solutions and with the KeContact DCL10 Pillar, KEBA offers a sophisticated system as an all-round charging solution for companies and fleets.
Easy installation and practical handling
The KeContact DCL10 Pillar has a CCS-Combo-2 charging cable up to 8 meters long with a cable pull for convenient and safe handling. The mechanical installation is very simple and the space requirement is extremely small - the footprint is less than 0.5 m². The e-buses or e-trucks are authenticated in accordance with ISO 15118 using a vehicle ID for efficient fleet management. An NFC reader is also available as an option. Another practical feature is an automatic alarm message if a plugged-in e-bus or e-truck is not charging.
Individual charging power
Thanks to the integrated load balancing, the charging power can be individually regulated for each electric vehicle and, with intelligent charging control management, no expansion of the maximum specified connected load is necessary.
Scalable as required
The KeContact DCL10 Pillar can be scaled as required and is supplied with direct current (DC) by the compact DCU10 Power Unit power electronics. This also enables the connection of up to four DCL10 Pillars.
Compact AC/DC power unit
The KeContact DCU10 Power Unit is a compact, space-saving AC/DC power unit optimized for low weight. Cost-effective installation is possible outdoors and in roofed, open-sided rooms (e.g. car ports). Further advantages: ease of servicing, high efficiency and low operating costs.
Cost-effective, flexible installation

The compact dimensions and low weight of the KeContact DCL10 Pillar and the KeContact DCU10 Power Unit allow flexible installation. This in turn means low installation costs.
Another installation advantage: The distance between the KeContact DCU10 Power Unit and the KeContact DCL10 Pillar can be up to 70 meters.
