Holistic software solution
Our software environment is designed to integrate seamlessly with our customers' Track & Trace systems.
The customer's Track & Trace (T&T) system connects directly to our cloud. Our powerful backend then takes over the entire administration of the handling of lockers and packages. It manages information about which compartments are located in which locker and ensures that the T&T system can automatically notify recipients of the exact pickup location.
Depending on the power supply, the locker operates with:
- PC (x86 architecture), or
- an ARM controller,
both running on a stable Linux-based system. Through the frontend, recipients can interact with the web application to pick up their parcels.
