Spare parts repair
As an alternative to purchase, we can also repair spare parts in KEBA’s own repair centre. This provides our customers with a cost-effective option for replacing expensive spare parts: get high-quality spare parts on more favorable terms.
Express logistics
Delivery by next business day
Our express logistics concept enables us to supply our KEBA banking automation partners anywhere in Austria, Germany and other select countries with spare parts by the next business day between 8 a.m. and 12 noon. Delivery occurs at defined drop-off points.
Thanks to the short repurchase times, our customers reduce capital tied up in spare parts stock but still stay able to provide their services at high quality.
Web shop
The KEBA spare-parts portal makes it simple for our customers to submit spare-parts orders and log repair/return jobs whenever they want via the online portal. Tracking and analysing previous orders is of course also always possible.
In addition, we provide key information online about spare parts, such as their availability for express delivery, their price and a range of data from the item master records.
