Thanks to the technological excellence of KEBA, a leading provider of parcel stations with over two decades of experience in automating the first and last mile, ACS can offer modern solutions that combine efficiency, sustainability and convenience.

This initiative is further supported by a long-standing partnership with Mobile Technology, a pioneer in digital transformation in Greece. For over 15 years, ACS and Mobile Technology have been collaborating. Since 2021, they have been combining their expertise with KEBA’s know-how to redefine parcel logistics in Greece.

As of February 2025, ACS has been operating 470 KEBA parcel lockers with over 13,000 compartments at more than 360 locations across Greece, primarily in Athens and Thessaloniki. The outstanding quality and reliability of these lockers make them the ideal solution for ACS.

KEBA offers a flexible portfolio of solutions, ranging from hardware and software to comprehensive service offerings. Companies can either opt for the complete solution or select individual components tailored to their specific needs.

ACS has chosen KEBA's hardware and their KePol flexible locker integration platform for software to seamlessly integrate its own systems into the existing infrastructure. The user interface is simple and intuitive, ensuring a smooth experience for all users – including customers, delivery personnel, and technicians.

Thanks to its straightforward design, the lockers are easy to operate, even without prior experience. The interface supports both Greek and English, catering to a wide range of users. Additionally, each screen displays a support hotline, providing direct access to ACS specialists for quick assistance and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The rise of online shopping and the increasing volume of shipments pose significant challenges, especially in urban areas with traffic congestion and limited parking availability. Parcel lockers offer an efficient and reliable solution, easing the burden on both delivery personnel and end customers.

For this reason, ACS is committed to continuously expanding its Smartpoint Locker network to cover even more Greek cities and islands, providing access to flexible delivery options.
