In 6 steps to your parcel locker


Step 1: The inquiry
As soon as we receive your inquiry via the website or KEBA customer service, we check it with regard to the application at hand, the region and the number of locations. If you have special requirements for the parcel locker, you are also welcome to let us know as part of the inquiry. It is important for us to know all customer requirements from the very beginning in order to be able to respond to them individually.

Step 2: Contact by sales representative
After the initial pre-qualification of your request, our sales department will contact you and advise you on the features required for optimal operation and the associated processes. Based on this information, the scope of supply will be defined and submitted in the form of a quotation. This is followed by the placing of the order.

Step 3: Ordering of components
With the help of our advanced tools such as the KePol machine configurator, you can configure the cabinet size as well as the number of lockers associated with it. Other necessary or useful components such as printer, camera, payment module, etc. can be ordered at this point.

Step 4: Definition of the project
After the configuration, the project process can be defined. Together with you, our expert will set up a schedule for the realization up to the "Go Live" of the KePol solution. This process is recorded in a requirement or functional specification.

Step 5: Production of the parcel station
The cabinet components (control unit and compartment modules) are then custom-produced according to your requirements.

Step 6: Installation and commissioning
After the selection of the locations and the completion of the production, the delivery and installation will take place. Thereupon, the package station is put into operation. During this process, we are supported by selected, competent service partners in a wide range of countries.

Competent advice even after commissioning


After commissioning, we offer our customers comprehensive after-sales support for a period of 10 years. This corresponds approximately to the life cycle of a KEBA package station. The after-sales support includes the supply of spare parts, maintenance and repairs but also the implementation of updates and upgrades, if available.

Our automated complete solutions are widely used, as the following examples show:

  • Cooperation with GLS in Eastern Europe: The parcel service GLS is present in more than 40 countries worldwide, with the aim of providing its customers with an effective and CO2-reduced delivery service. For this purpose, KEBA supplied a complete solution with more than 700 KePol FS-10 outdoor lockers, which were installed and commissioned in several Eastern European countries such as Croatia, Hungary and Romania. The professional and successful cooperation was rewarded with another order, so that KEBA will commission another 1,500 lockers in Southeast Europe in the first half of 2023.

  • Cooperation with ACS Handels GmbH in Greece: The project scope was the provision of hardware (KePol FS-09) and a simple locker API (FLIP). The implementation of use cases and business processes was carried out by the partner ACS and the installation and service support by KEBA service partners in Greece.
